✔ Pre-Order Items: If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page.

🚗 Local Pickup – By Appointment Only
For local customers, we offer free local pickup instead of shipping. Since we operate as a virtual business, there is no fixed pickup location.
✔ To choose local pickup, select the “Pickup” option at checkout (this will remove shipping charges).
✔ After your order is processed, we will contact you via email or phone to arrange a pickup time and location.
✔ Pickup is by appointment only and will be scheduled based on availability.

📌 Tracking Your Order

📌 Shipping Delays & Issues
Letters2MySis is not responsible for delays caused by:
✔ Carrier-related issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
✔ Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
✔ Severe weather or natural disasters
If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please:
1️⃣ Check with neighbors or building management.
2️⃣ Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
3️⃣ Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

📌 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
✔ Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
✔ Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at [info@letters2mysis.com] with:
• Order number
• Photo of the damaged item
• Photo of the packaging
We will review and determine if a replacement or store credit can be issued.
📌 International Shipping (If Applicable)
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
📌 Address Changes & Order Cancellations
✔ Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any address changes.
✔ Order Cancellations: All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
